Katikati Friday Farmers Market 
 
After much thought and discussion, the A&P Society Committee has made the difficult decision discontinue the Katikati Friday Farmers Market for the foreseeable future.

This has not been an easy conclusion to reach. Over recent months, we have experienced a combination of challenges — including a steady decline in foot traffic and stallholder numbers, increasing competition from other retailers and markets, and the impact of several severe weather events. These factors have all contributed to making the market increasingly difficult to sustain.

As a result, the final Friday Farmers Market will be held on Friday 27 March 2026
 
While the Friday market has been a valued part of our community, and a legacy we were proud to take the reins of, however, the time has now come to bring it to a close and for us to focus on other fundraising opportunities.

We would like to sincerely thank all of you for your support, commitment, and contribution to the market over the years. It has been a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated group of stallholders and a community that has supported the market.
