For a safe and enjoyable show:
 

• Be courteous, polite and considerate to other attendees, vendors, exhibitors and volunteers.
• It can be sunny and hot on Show Day. We recommend you use sunscreen, wear a hat, use our free drinking water station and make use of the shaded areas.
• No glass is to be brought into the show.
• Keep Dogs on a lead.
• No Smoking or Vaping allowed on the Uretara Domain or A&P Show Grounds.
• Keep the showgrounds clean and litter free. Bins will be provided.
• No alcohol is to be brought into the show. We may ask you to open your bags at the Gate.
• No intoxicated persons will be admitted to the show.
• Alcohol will be available through the licensed vendor only and must be consumed in the designated area.
• Please keep a close eye on your children to ensure their safety.
• Pay attention to any safety rules and guidelines, especially around amusement rides, activities and animals.
• Watch out for each other – speak up if you think something is dangerous.
• Familiarise yourself with the Emergency Procedures.
• In case of accidents or medical issues, St John Ambulance will be on site.
• Please Report any Health or Safety concerns or Incidents promptly.

​The Katikati A&P Society will be taking photographs at the show in which you may be in the foreground or background. Entry to the show means you will be giving us permission to use such photographs for future promotion and marketing purposes.
