  • All entries must be homemade.
  • Must be the own work of the exhibitor.
  • Jars must be released with no wax seals.

HELPFUL HINTS:
Vegetables & fruit must be washed with outer leaves trimmed.
Leave the skin & roots on onions & garlic.
Rhubarb needs to be even size & colour with a pulled base not cut
