  • Sheep Racing and Sheep Shearing Display.

  • Rockup Climbing Wall – (Gold coin for kids and free for adults)

  • Free Lunch Street Theatre – Featuring the apologisers and stiltwalkers.

  • Hat Competition – Wear a hat (historical or contemporary) and be in to win a champion rosette. (Judging 1pm in front of the Library Building.) Traditionally, showday was a great reason to get a new frock, which would be a fabulous way to show off that hat for the HAT competition. Get creative!

  • Large arenas showcasing the various Horse Eventing Competitions.

The Home industries Section is held in the A&P Hall, featuring a spectacular display of crafts, baking, garden produce, flowers and much much more along with the ever popular Photographic Competition.

Dance Displays including –
  • Dancing Divas
  • Cambodian Group
  • Mural Town Line Dancing and lessons
 
Activities and Entertainment for kids -
  • Puppet theatre Show
  • Pony Rides
  • Lolly scramble
  • Little Entertainment Co with Merry-go-round and various other rides and activities
  • Bdazzelled Balloons - balloon twisting 11.30 to 1.30pm

  • Classic Cars
  • VintageTractors
  • Katikati Concert Band
 
Food and Trade Vendors
With over 60 trade and food sites on offer there is something for everyone to experience, enjoy or take away.
 
A vast array of food outlets to suit everyone’s tastes include Carnival, Indian, Thai, ice cream, slushies, candy floss, coffee carts and the ever popular Devonshire Teas by the McCallum’s Horse and Pony Welfare Society who offer the full experience with their vintage display and fine bone china – albeit the cup is bottomless.
 
Other wonderful traders will display their wares, innovations and all the produce that you might expect at an Agricultural & Pastoral Show.
