With over 60 trade and food sites on offer there is something for everyone to experience, enjoy or take away. A vast array of food outlets to suit everyone’s tastes include Carnival, Indian, Thai, ice cream, slushies, candy floss, coffee carts and the ever popular Devonshire Teas by the McCallum’s Horse and Pony Welfare Society who offer the full experience with their vintage display and fine bone china – albeit the cup is bottomless. Other wonderful traders will display their wares, innovations and all the produce that you might expect at an Agricultural & Pastoral Show. For a safe and enjoyable show:
- Be courteous, polite and considerate to other attendees, vendors, exhibitors and volunteers.
- It can be sunny and hot on Show Day. We recommend you use sunscreen, wear a hat, use our free drinking water station and make use of the shaded areas.
- No glass is to be brought into the show.
- Keep Dogs on a lead.
- No Smoking or Vaping allowed on the Uretara Domain or A&P Show Grounds.
- Keep the showgrounds clean and litter free. Bins will be provided.
- No alcohol is to be brought into the show. We may ask you to open your bags at the Gate.
- No intoxicated persons will be admitted to the show.
- Alcohol will be available through the licensed vendor only and must be consumed in the designated area.
- Please keep a close eye on your children to ensure their safety.
- Pay attention to any safety rules and guidelines, especially around amusement rides, activities and animals.
- Watch out for each other – speak up if you think something is dangerous.
- Familiarise yourself with the Emergency Procedures.
- In case of accidents or medical emergencies the First Aid Station is located at the Information Centre.
- Please Report any Health or Safety concerns or Incidents promptly.
The Katikati A&P Society will be taking photographs at the show in which you may be in the foreground or background. Entry to the show means you will be giving us permission to use such photographs for future promotion and marketing purposes.

PARKING
Parking is available on the streets surrounding the Uretara Domain, including Mulgan Street, Crossley Street, Church Street, MacMillan Street, Boyd Street and Hyde Street. There is no Parking available on Stewart Street.
Remember there is also plenty of parking at Kotahi Lane carpark, within easy walking distance of the Domain.
Mobility Drop Off is available outside the main entrance on Major Street.
